We have a fantastic selection of partners we currently work with and when we update our website in September you will be able to shop with your favourite retailers directly through our new website as well as discovering your local stockist to find your favourite in a store near you.

What should I do if a product I bought is faulty or I need to return?
Our customer service team will continue to support. Any purchases made on the www.vichy.co.uk up until the change can be returned in the existing way by contacting customer care. For purchases made on one of our retailer partners, please visit their website for individual returns policies.
How can I get a sample?
Sample opportunities will continue to be available through our partner retailers when you purchase a Vichy product, when available and whilst stocks last. We may also run sampling campaigns directly through our social media accounts or website. Keep an eye out!

How can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, operationally we have a fast turnover for order processing, so we are unable to cancel or modify orders. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. If you wish to cancel your order, you are able to refuse the order at the door when it is delivered. Once the parcel has been returned to us we can then begin the refund process.
