What are crow’s feet?
Also known as laughter lines, crow’s feet are the wrinkles that appear in the outer corner of the eyes and get their descriptive name from their resemblance to bird’s feet. As we age, our body produces less collagen – the protein that gives structure to the body’s skin, hair and nails – and loses its elasticity. As the area around your eyes is always moving when you smile, squint or frown, it’s often where you notice this depletion and wrinkles and fine lines forming first.
