Changed formula

I have been using this face wash for 7 years every day and I used to love it. It worked perfectly for my skin, not to drying and always helping me clear up any breakouts, which is why it was the only face wash I would buy. Recently they changed the formula, adding/changing some ingredients. Now it has a strong smell and irritates my eyes just a bit. I am extremely disappointed as I’ve been using this product for SEVEN years and now I have to find something new.

Waiting for a Refill

I love the original version so much that I purchased two 400ml bottles and one 200ml bottle. However, after using them, I realized the formula had been renewed. The scent has changed, and it feels more diluted than before. While I still like it, I don't enjoy it as much as the old version. That said, I wouldn't have a reason to look for an alternative unless Vichy starts offering a refill option.

Formula change

New packaging and new formula. Have spent years finding the perfect cleanser and now it’s changed. I don’t usually like scented products but I tolerated the smell because my skin looked great so to hear there is more perfume makes me wonder what the company was thinking of! Will try La Roche posay they have something very similar.

Have used this face cleanser since 2018 religiously. Just got a bottle of the “new” product and it’s horrible. My face had an allergic reaction- especially around my eyes. Never had a problem before and I had great results with this product over the years. Now I have to start from scratch on finding a gentle, foaming cleanser

New Formula!

I recently replenished my face cleanser with this product and had an allergic reaction around my eyes. They became red, itchy and irritated all around. I realize the ingredients/formula have changed and it appears that others have had a similar experience. I have never experienced this with a Vichy product before.

Work well but smells way too strong

I’m really sad because this cleanser is actually so nice, it makes my skin feel amazing, super soft and hydrated, but that is all ruined by the fragrance. I can’t use the product because the fragrance is so strong and it stays on my face for so long after washing it bothers my allergies. Super disappointing.

Excessively Drying to the Skin

I’ve been using Vichy faithfully for over 15 years, but no more. This new reformulated cleanser is extremely drying to my skin. The product also is thin. It does produce copious amounts of foam and smells delightful, but that is it. I have since switched to another skin care brand.

Hi, I wanted to let you know that my Vichy Pureté Thermale facial cleanser (400 ml) has turned white and I have only used a couple times expiration date 07/26 . Could you please advise if this is normal or if there might be an issue with the product?
