Sad, changed formula

I have. Rey sensitive skin and the old formulation with the turquoise cap was flawless. I repurchased recently and used for the first time and was sooo disappointed ☹️!! I thought I had bought the wrong thing, came back to check there weren’t two formulas, but no. They just ruined the perfect skin cleanser. This one burns my eyes, and the smell is so strong I cannot use it. I am sensitive to fragrance, but if you are promoting a product as being FOR sensitive skin, adding fragrance seems pretty counterintuitive. To top things off, the new formulation leaves a strange thin silicone feeling on my skin. I’ve used Vichy for years! What do I do now??!!

I have received the 3-in-1 Purete Thermale cleanser free of charge, and will provide an honest review on my experience. I am not someone who typically uses cleansers as they are normally too harsh for my dry sensitive skin. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that this product has only ONE step... I didn't even need to rinse my face off after. This 'cleanser' literally felt like I was creaming my face (which is amazing, because my skin get's dry). I loved the smell, which wasn't potent, and really loved the creamy, soft texture of the lotion formula.
Would definitely buy again, and will enjoy every last drip of this bottle !

This product has 3 purposes - to cleanse, to tone, and to remove makeup! I feel like it does the 2 former well but the latter, not so much. First I'll talk about the pros. This formula is very milky and creamy and feels wonderful on the skin. It leaves my skin feeling so soft and it doesn't strip it of any moisture. It doesn't leave the skin feeling or looking greasy either. I think it's great for a gentle cleanse when you're not wearing a face full of makeup. Unfortunately, it did not remove all traces of makeup for me. However, I should point out it worked well to remove mascara! It also did not sting my eyes which the majority of eye makeup removers do.

Really Moisturizing Cleanser

One of my go to cleansers for many years is the Vichy Purete Thermal Foaming Cleansing Cream, so I was excited to try another Vichy cleanser. While this cleanser is really moisturizing (disclaimer: I washed it off and did not tissue it off for the 3rd step in the 3-in-1, so it was really a 2-in-1 cleanser), I must say that I prefer a foaming texture. I currently use this cleanser in the morning as I found that it did not remove my waterproof liquid eyeliner, but it worked fine for my face makeup (but my regular Vichy cleanser does remove all my makeup in one go!). This would be a great cleanser for a drier skin, and for someone that does not wear waterproof makeup.

I am a big fan of a double cleanse so using a product that claims to remove make, cleanse and tone my skin, was a little unbelievable. I was pleasantly surprised with how well this worked. I used this at night to remove my makeup before bed. It did a great job removing my makeup and cleansing my skin. I didn't feel that my skin was toned and I still felt like I need to wash my face still. I used my regular moisturizer after cleansing. I would use this as a quick goto but it would be instead of my regular double cleanse and toner.

Gentle and Leaves My Skin Clean

A good cleanser is important as all the gunk buildup in your skin can cause breakouts. I was excited to try the PURETE THERMALE ONE STEP MILK CLEANSER 3-IN-1 from VICHY as it can help cut down time, being a 3 in 1 product. I use this on days where I am short on time and when I am travelling and don't want to carry around bottles and bottles of products with me. This product does the job and leaves my skin feeling moisturized and clean. I don't think it is AS clean as if I were to follow up with an actual toner, but on days where I am lazy or want to quickly cleanse my face, this product doesn't disappoint!

I got this product for free to try for an honest review! I have to say the 3 in 1 is one of the most amazing products I received. It was so soft on my skin not causing any irritation like most products do. When I put the product on my cotton ball and washed my face with it , you could see all the dirt from the day that accumulated on my skin. Making it known that the product was in fact doing its job! Which is something I really liked! I used it every night and some morning when I felt my face needed an extra wash. The 3 in 1 didn’t dry out my face nor bother around my eyes, it left my face feeling moisturized. Would recommend to anyone with sensitive skin! #freeproduct.

I bought this product last week and I was disappointed and upset to discover that you have changed the scent on your 'Vichy 3 in 1 One Step Cleanser.' I am really sickened by the new sweet smell. Honestly, after a long day I used to look forward to washing off my make up with your cleanser. I now dread washing my face with the new product. Honestly makes me feel nauseated. How sad as I was so thrilled to discover this product over ten years ago and I would buy so many as gifts for friends. It is upsetting that I will now have to find something new. Skin so soft.

I got this complimentary in the mail a few days ago, and was very eager to try. 3-in-1?! Yes please.
This product left my skin feeling so soft. It removed a lot of my foundation, but struggled a little with my mascara and eyeliner, which are both not waterproof, but with more effort finally removed. It has a very light scent, and the consistency is on the creamier side.
I feel like I could go through this product really fast if I keep using the way I do. It's an excellent size. Will keep using to find more effective ways to move my mascara with this. I do use cotton pads, but may try a cloth instead.
Like I said, I love the way it leaves the skin feeling so soft.

This product is great for when you don't have a lot of time for cleaning and moisturizing at the same time. There is a very subtle fragrance, but it is not over powering at all. It is strange at first to wipe a makeup remover on your face, and not wash it off, but your skin feels so nice and soft after using. I did notice that it did not take off all of my mascara, but did a pretty good job at it. There was always at bit left after cleaning. Still a great product, if you don't want to use more than one product at a time. (I received this product to review as part of a collection) #freeproduct #tryitwithtopbox

Soft and gentle!

This is my absolute favourite cleanser. I have dry skin so I enjoy a cleanser that does not lather or foam because I have found out that is dries my skin out further - this one does not. It is a medium milky consistency and feels soft on the skin. I have found it is lightly scented, not enough to give you a headache.
I first apply it on my dry skin to break down oils, then wet my face and rub for a couple minutes. I do find if I was wearing makeup that day I have to go in before or after with a micellar water to remove the stubborn bits, but the cleanser is so incredibly gentle around the eyes. So many have burned my eyes, but not this one. Afterwards, my skin is very soft.

I received this product as part of a Glamsense campaign. I have never used a three in one product before, and on the whole, was pleased with it. I will say that I will not use this as an eye makeup remover however, because I found that it was irritating to my eyes. I enjoy the sensation on my skin, as I found it to be late, but also slightly astringent, as I would expect from a toner. But I found that it did not work that well on removing my eye make up, and I found it was irritating, and I needed to rinse after using it. That being said I am pleased with it affects on my skin and will continue to use it.

Light and Refreshing - Cleans Eye Make Up Off Too!

This cleanser is different than anything I have used in the past.
I dab a bit onto my cotton pad, and smooth it over my face to pick up the dirt of the day. It even works at removing my mascara and eye liner with very minimal effort - so it really *is* an all-in-one cleanser!
It has a very light fresh scent, and is a light thickness white cream.
It retains my skin's moisture vs removing it, and I can even get away with not using moisturizer afterwards when we are at the cabin (where less products = less bugs and fuss!).
This is definitely remaining a staple in my daily beauty routine!

Terrible new formula

I have been using this product since 2014, at the time it was the only one gentle enough for my very sensitive skin. The new formula has a very strong perfume smell (my husband even noticed it and asked if I had changed my perfume). It also feels much harsher on my skin. The skin around my eyes is incredibly dry, irritated, and I have terrible under eye bags that I've never had before. It's the only thing I've changed in my skin care routine, so I'm sure this is what's causing it. I thought maybe I just needed time to adjust to the new formula so I've used it for over a week and it's just gotten worse.

Super gentle - my skin is so soft!

I was given this product to try out and usually I'm a bit skeptical when it comes to multipurpose products but this one impressed me so much! This is a one step cleanser which is a cleansing milk, eye makeup remover and toner. I found it removed my makeup very easily using a cotton pad. I love that this is no-rinse which makes it super convenient! Most of the time, I find that I don't even need to put on an additional moisturizer because it not only tones my skin but after using this, my skin is super hydrated and feels so soft! This is a great product and I will definitely be repurchasing it again!

Sleek look, Straight-forward instructions.
After gently opening the cap, the hinge broke. Very flimsy. Thicker plastic for 'hinge' would be ideal. But overall does not affect product and cleanser is safe from drying out as there is a plug under the cap that seals the spout.
Subtle, fresh scent. Formula is milky and silky. The cleanser left my skin feeling smooth and my pores feeling refreshed. No rinsing required.
I applied with my fingertips in circular motions and wiped off with a cotton pad. Morning and night. For 3 weeks. Not one breakout! Very gentle. #freeproduct #trywithtopbox #ad

I really enjoy using this 3 in 1 cleanser from Vichy as it is so versatile. It can be used as a cleansing milk, toner or eye make up remover.
I prefer to use it as a cleanser. I apply a small amount on a cotton pad and using it remove make up and impurities. I find that it works well as a second cleanse.
It is a lightweight cream that has no discernable fragrance. It cleans pretty effectively without drying out my skin.
I have found it works well to remove eye make up too. It is gentle enough thst it doesn't irritste my eyes but effective at removing even the most stubborn eyeshadow and mascara.
It comes in a 200ml bottle which lasts a really long time making it good value for money.

I received this 3 in 1 Vichy Thermale cleanser about one week ago and I am very pleased with the difference of my skin. I have always had very sensitive skin on my face and breakouts have been a problem for me for 40 years. I've used all kinds of facial cleansers and some were better than others...however, there was always some kind of irritation or flare-up. When I used this cleanser that Vichy has formulated for sensitive skin I was amazed that my skin felt super smooth, no redness or itching, no greasy residue. After one week I have no acne, blemishes or flaky skin. This might be a miracle product. It may be a little pricey, but well worth the extra bucks. I'm now a big fan. A+++

Amazing! I mean really, I am amazed. I tried this instead of my usual expensive 3 steps makeup remove, blemish wash and moisturise. It immediately made my skin more balanced, smooth, soft, clear and even toned. Turns out I don't need blemish free ranges. It cleanses and tones without causing any redness reactions, shininess or dryness, just leaves my skin 100% normal and natural, which hasn't happened for years! I now have 1 bottle and 1 step for my skin in the evening, not 3/4 and just rinse with water and moisturise with Vichy normaderm in the morning. Saved my skin, money (a major amount!), space and weight for traveling.
I am barely using makeup now, just a mild CC cream.

I got sent this as part of the glamsense program. I want to preface this with saying that I have EXTREMELY sensitive skin around my eyes so I need something that's very very mindful of that when removing my makeup. with that being said, the one step milk cleanser did not irritate my eyes or my skin and it did exactly as it claims to do. My skin was cleansed, didn't have a weird film at the end of it and it took all of my makeup off! It doesn't smell too strong and it worked like a charm. I love discovering new products like this so I can show others with sensitive skin/eyes that we can still wear makeup and take it off without looking like allergy season just hit you in the face. Thanks Vichy :)

Doesn't clean the face thoroughly!

I am a big fan of Vichy products, as I have sensitive skin! But, this product disappointed me a lot! I don't wear heavy makeup, just sunblock, and an eyeliner. However, this cleanser doesn't clean my face thoroughly. After a few times of applying it, I saw dryness and pimples around my chin despite using moisturizing and serum after that! Then I noticed that every time that I wash my face with this cleanser, a thin layer of the cream remains on my face, and then I apply cream without knowing that!
It was not a suitable product for my sensitive skin, but also it damaged my face as well!

Does what it claims to do

I was really excited to try this out when I got it in the mail. I tested it out on my hand with my stila stay all day liner and it wipes off really easily. The cream is really light and watery so it is not heavy on the skin at all. So then I went on and tested on my full makeup face with a cotton pad like it said to do. My foundation and all came off really easily, no needing to tug the skin. It also gave me a glow which I really like. But when I got to the eyes it seems to be a bit odd. I had to rub my eyelashes a few times before the mascara comes off, so it made my eyes a bit red and even then there are still bits of residue there. I would totally recommend it for your face but not on the eyes.

So during the fall and winter months I NEVER try out new products because my skin already hates me lol
My skin is so dry and red when it's cold out that I haven't found anything to really moisturize it without irritating my skin!
I am so impressed with this product - blown away is more like it!
I indulge in cake face every single day and this miracle worker not only removed said cake face but also left my skin feeling so hydrated and didn't irritate my sensitive skin one bit!
This is now a permanent product and will never wait for it to run out before buying another :)

Cold, runny, and not very effective

I used this product several times to remove a full face of makeup. I used it as recommended, by putting a bit on a cotton pad and wiping the makeup off, "no rinsing required." It felt cold and runny and I felt like there was a residue so I had to wash my face with water after. It was not very practical when used as directed. On days when I wore light makeup, like tinted moisturizer, ilthe product worked well to remove the makeup prior to washing. Even then, it took at least three cotton pads and it seemed really wasteful. This cleansing milk was a miss for me.

The idea of a one-step cleanser is amazing – being able to clean, tone and remove makeup. However, I felt that Pureté Thermale 3 in 1 left me wanting to wash my face. The scent is nice, and my skin felt soft, but I still wanted to rinse it after applying. It definitely did a solid job of removing my makeup and think I would keep it as just a makeup remover. But not as an all-in-one cleanser. I think it would also be great for travelling, but I wouldn’t use this product on a daily basis. While I think this would be an excellent cleanser for sensitive skin, I found it to be a bit too ineffective for me. It wouldn’t remove my makeup very well and it left and filmy residue on my skin that I was not fond of. My skin did feel more hydrated afterwards, however, so I typically used this as my second cleanser in the morning when I feel like my skin needs less cleansing of the oils from the day and more hydration/protection to prepare for the day ahead. While I wouldn’t personally repurchase this product, I would recommend it to anyone who has sensitive and dry skin.

This product is able to cleanse all make up such as foundation and eye shadow very well. It is able to clean mascara but it cannot replaced an eye make up remover. Besides, I would also use this product to cleanse sunblock if I did not make up. Skin feels fresh after using it.
It is able to replace a cleanser during winter and does not leaves your skin too dry.
It is certainly a very good cleanser for travelling because it is a 3 in 1. However, being a 200ml, we are unable to take it on hand luggage. This could be improved.

I was sent this product to test and provide a review. Unfortunately, I am not a fan of Vichy Pureté Thermale One Step 3-in-1 Milk Cleanser. As a makeup remover I found that it didn't work effectively to completely remove my gel eyeliner, mascara, matte lipstick. Also, it says that you only need to apply it with a cotton pad and no need to rinse off. I didn't like the sticky/greasy feel and I needed to rinse it off. But rinsing it still left a film. I had to use an actual cleanser to wash it off so that my face felt clean. I just feel this product was not right for me.

At first, I was skeptical of a product with such a milky/creamy texture that claims it does not have to be rinsed off the skin like a cleanser but was pleasantly surprised when using this! This product is a great staple to have as it encompasses a cleanser and makeup remover into a single product, that does not involve rinsing your whole face. After using this product, my skin feels very smooth and soft, and not slick/sticky as no residue from the product or makeup is left behind. A little product does go a long way, which is great as this has lasted me quite some time.

I’ve been using the original Vichy cleansing milk for over five years, and it had become an absolute staple in my skincare routine. I loved everything about it.
Unfortunately, this new “updated” version is a huge letdown. It irritates my eyes every time I use it, which never happened with the old formula. The texture also feels different – not in a good way – and overall it just doesn’t feel as luxurious or gentle. I’m honestly shocked and disappointed that they replaced such a great product with something so inferior.
I don’t want to use this new version anymore, and I definitely want to return it. Please consider bringing back the original formula – there’s clearly a loyal customer base who loved it for a reason.

Excellent cleanser for sensitive skin

Recently my skin has started to be more reactive than normal. I don't know why, but it's annoying - especially when it flares up and makes my eyelids dry and red. My usual cleanser started to sting so I tried this. It is amazing. It has a lighter consistency than a cream cleanser, it's more like a lotion. I apply it using my fingers, massage it in and then use a cleansing cloth rather than cotton wool to remove it. It has a light and fresh scent and leaves my skin really clean, fresh and irritation free.
I am going to try more from Vichy as a result. A great find.

After using this product for about 3 weeks I feel confident that I will be using it for a long time to come. I have tried so many cleansers over the years and could never find one that did what I needed. They either didn't clean well, they left my skin greasy or with a residue or my skin was left dry or flaky. This product , however, left my skin clean with absolutely no residue and my skin was not dry at all. I do rinse it off however and although others have said it is difficult to rinse off, I don't find that to be the case. I am very happy with this product.

Effective and hydrating.

I bought this product for the 3rd time. I use it as a second cleanser. It is absolutely fantastic product. It is very gentle, removes make up, SPF and other impurities. My skin is left hydrated but clean. There is a lot of product in a tube and it will last a long time. I use it in the morning, to wash off the serums and creams from the night before and in the evening to prep my skin for my night time skin care routine. I cannot recommend it enough. There are other cleaners on the market which I have tried but this is tried and tested and I know it works. It works with my skin, not against it. It is non foaming and a little goes a long way. Very easy to wash off just with luke warm water. My skin feels very soft throughout a day.

I got this complimentary in the mail a few days ago, and was very eager to try. 3-in-1?! Yes please.
This product left my skin feeling so soft. It removed a lot of my foundation, but struggled a little with my mascara and eyeliner, which are both not waterproof, but with more effort finally removed. It has a very light scent, and the consistency is on the creamier side.
I feel like I could go through this product really fast if I keep using the way I do. It's an excellent size. Will keep using to find more effective ways to move my mascara with this. I do use cotton pads, but may try a cloth instead.
Like I said, I love the way it leaves the skin feeling so soft.

This product is great for when you don't have a lot of time for cleaning and moisturizing at the same time. There is a very subtle fragrance, but it is not over powering at all. It is strange at first to wipe a makeup remover on your face, and not wash it off, but your skin feels so nice and soft after using. I did notice that it did not take off all of my mascara, but did a pretty good job at it. There was always at bit left after cleaning. This is my absolute favourite cleanser. I have dry skin so I enjoy a cleanser that does not lather or foam because I have found out that is dries my skin out further - this one does not. It is a medium milky consistency and feels soft on the skin. I have found it is lightly scented, not enough to give you a headache.
I first apply it on my dry skin to break down oils, then wet my face and rub for a couple minutes. I do find if I was wearing makeup that day I have to go in before or after with a micellar water to remove the stubborn bits, but the cleanser is so incredibly gentle around the eyes. So many have burned my eyes, but not this one. Afterwards, my skin is very soft.

I received this product as part of a Glamsense campaign. I have never used a three in one product before, and on the whole, was pleased with it. I will say that I will not use this as an eye makeup remover however, because I found that it was irritating to my eyes. I enjoy the sensation on my skin, as I found it to be late, but also slightly astringent, as I would expect from a toner. But I found that it did not work that well on removing my eye make up, and I found it was irritating, and I needed to rinse after using it. That being said I am pleased with it affects on my skin and will continue to use it.

This cleanser is different than anything I have used in the past.
I dab a bit onto my cotton pad, and smooth it over my face to pick up the dirt of the day. It even works at removing my mascara and eye liner with very minimal effort - so it really *is* an all-in-one cleanser!
It has a very light fresh scent, and is a light thickness white cream.
It retains my skin's moisture vs removing it, and I can even get away with not using moisturizer afterwards when we are at the cabin (where less products = less bugs and fuss!).
This is definitely remaining a staple in my daily beauty routine!

Terrible new formula

I have been using this product since 2014, at the time it was the only one gentle enough for my very sensitive skin. The new formula has a very strong perfume smell (my husband even noticed it and asked if I had changed my perfume). It also feels much harsher on my skin. The skin around my eyes is incredibly dry, irritated, and I have terrible under eye bags that I've never had before. It's the only thing I've changed in my skin care routine, so I'm sure this is what's causing it. I thought maybe I just needed time to adjust to the new formula so I've used it for over a week and it's just gotten worse.

Super gentle - my skin is so soft!

I was given this product to try out and usually I'm a bit skeptical when it comes to multipurpose products but this one impressed me so much! This is a one step cleanser which is a cleansing milk, eye makeup remover and toner. I found it removed my makeup very easily using a cotton pad. I love that this is no-rinse which makes it super convenient! Most of the time, I find that I don't even need to put on an additional moisturizer because it not only tones my skin but after using this, my skin is super hydrated and feels so soft! This is a great product and I will definitely be repurchasing it again!

Sleek look, Straight-forward instructions.
After gently opening the cap, the hinge broke. Very flimsy. Thicker plastic for 'hinge' would be ideal. But overall does not affect product and cleanser is safe from drying out as there is a plug under the cap that seals the spout.
Subtle, fresh scent. Formula is milky and silky. The cleanser left my skin feeling smooth and my pores feeling refreshed. No rinsing required.
I applied with my fingertips in circular motions and wiped off with a cotton pad. Morning and night. For 3 weeks. Not one breakout! Very gentle. #freeproduct #trywithtopbox #ad

I really enjoy using this 3 in 1 cleanser from Vichy as it is so versatile. It can be used as a cleansing milk, toner or eye make up remover.
I prefer to use it as a cleanser. I apply a small amount on a cotton pad and using it remove make up and impurities. I find that it works well as a second cleanse.
It is a lightweight cream that has no discernable fragrance. It cleans pretty effectively without drying out my skin.
I have found it works well to remove eye make up too. It is gentle enough thst it doesn't irritste my eyes but effective at removing even the most stubborn eyeshadow and mascara.
It comes in a 200ml bottle which lasts a really long time making it good value for money.

I got this product for free to try with #topboxcircle ! I have to say the 3 in 1 is one of the most amazing and perfect product for my skin . It was so soft on my skin not causing any irritation like most products does since I have really dry skin. When I tried it to remove my makeup of yhe day , you could see all the dirt from accumulated on my skin. Leaving my skin super soft . I use it every night before I hop into bed and when I get up in the morning my face is still super soft. I totally recommend it to anyone with sensitive and dry skin!

I received this 3 in 1 Vichy Thermale cleanser about one week ago and I am very pleased with the difference of my skin. I have always had very sensitive skin on my face and breakouts have been a problem for me for 40 years. I've used all kinds of facial cleansers and some were better than others...however, there was always some kind of irritation or flare-up. When I used this cleanser that Vichy has formulated for sensitive skin I was amazed that my skin felt super smooth, no redness or itching, no greasy residue. After one week I have no acne, blemishes or flaky skin. This might be a miracle product. It may be a little pricey, but well worth the extra bucks. I'm now a big fan. A+++

Amazing! I mean really, I am amazed. I tried this instead of my usual expensive 3 steps makeup remove, blemish wash and moisturise. It immediately made my skin more balanced, smooth, soft, clear and even toned. Turns out I don't need blemish free ranges. It cleanses and tones without causing any redness reactions, shininess or dryness, just leaves my skin 100% normal and natural, which hasn't happened for years! I now have 1 bottle and 1 step for my skin in the evening, not 3/4 and just rinse with water and moisturise with Vichy normaderm in the morning. Saved my skin, money (a major amount!), space and weight for traveling.
I am barely using makeup now, just a mild CC cream.

I got sent this as part of the glamsense program. I want to preface this with saying that I have EXTREMELY sensitive skin around my eyes so I need something that's very very mindful of that when removing my makeup. with that being said, the one step milk cleanser did not irritate my eyes or my skin and it did exactly as it claims to do. My skin was cleansed, didn't have a weird film at the end of it and it took all of my makeup off! It doesn't smell too strong and it worked like a charm. I love discovering new products like this so I can show others with sensitive skin/eyes that we can still wear makeup and take it off without looking like allergy season just hit you in the face. Thanks Vichy :)

I am a big fan of Vichy products, as I have sensitive skin! But, this product disappointed me a lot! I don't wear heavy makeup, just sunblock, and an eyeliner. However, this cleanser doesn't clean my face thoroughly. After a few times of applying it, I saw dryness and pimples around my chin despite using moisturizing and serum after that! Then I noticed that every time that I wash my face with this cleanser, a thin layer of the cream remains on my face, and then I apply cream without knowing that!
It was not a suitable product for my sensitive skin, but also it damaged my face as well!

I was really excited to try this out when I got it in the mail. I tested it out on my hand with my stila stay all day liner and it wipes off really easily. The cream is really light and watery so it is not heavy on the skin at all. So then I went on and tested on my full makeup face with a cotton pad like it said to do. My foundation and all came off really easily, no needing to tug the skin. It also gave me a glow which I really like. But when I got to the eyes it seems to be a bit odd. I had to rub my eyelashes a few times before the mascara comes off, so it made my eyes a bit red and even then there are still bits of residue there. I would totally recommend it for your face but not on the eyes.

This product has 3 purposes - to cleanse, to tone, and to remove makeup! I feel like it does the 2 former well but the latter, not as much. First I'll talk about the pros. This formula is very milky and creamy and feels wonderful on the skin. It leaves my skin feeling so soft and it doesn't strip it of any moisture. It doesn't leave the skin feeling or looking greasy either. I think it's great for a gentle cleanse when you're not wearing a face full of makeup. Unfortunately, while it did help remove some of my makeup, it did not remove all traces of makeup for me. However, I should point out it worked well to remove mascara! It also did not sting my eyes which the majority of eye makeup removers do.

It is not just a cleanser its a moisturizer at the same time
No need to use two cotton pads or make more thann two wipes away because it removes all the make up in on easy step , leaving no residue and a beautiful clear and clean skin .

So during the fall and winter months I NEVER try out new products because my skin already hates me lol
My skin is so dry and red when it's cold out that I haven't found anything to really moisturize it without irritating my skin!
I am so impressed with this product - blown away is more like it!
I indulge in cake face every single day and this miracle worker not only removed said cake face but also left my skin feeling so hydrated and didn't irritate my sensitive skin one bit!
This is now a permanent product and will never wait for it to run out before buying another :)

Cold, runny, and not very effective

I used this product several times to remove a full face of makeup. I used it as recommended, by putting a bit on a cotton pad and wiping the makeup off, "no rinsing required." It felt cold and runny and I felt like there was a residue so I had to wash my face with water after. It was not very practical when used as directed. On days when I wore light makeup, like tinted moisturizer, ilthe product worked well to remove the makeup prior to washing. Even then, it took at least three cotton pads and it seemed really wasteful. This cleansing milk was a miss for me.

The idea of a one-step cleanser is amazing – being able to clean, tone and remove makeup. However, I felt that Pureté Thermale 3 in 1 left me wanting to wash my face. The scent is nice, and my skin felt soft, but I still wanted to rinse it after applying. It definitely did a solid job of removing my makeup and think I would keep it as just a makeup remover. But not as an all-in-one cleanser. I think it would also be great for travelling, but I wouldn’t use this product on a daily basis. While I think this would be an excellent cleanser for sensitive skin, I found it to be a bit too ineffective for me. It wouldn’t remove my makeup very well and it left and filmy residue on my skin that I was not fond of. My skin did feel more hydrated afterwards, however, so I typically used this as my second cleanser in the morning when I feel like my skin needs less cleansing of the oils from the day and more hydration/protection to prepare for the day ahead. While I wouldn’t personally repurchase this product, I would recommend it to anyone who has sensitive and dry skin.

This product is able to cleanse all make up such as foundation and eye shadow very well. It is able to clean mascara but it cannot replaced an eye make up remover. Besides, I would also use this product to cleanse sunblock if I did not make up. Skin feels fresh after using it.
It is able to replace a cleanser during winter and does not leaves your skin too dry.
It is certainly a very good cleanser for travelling because it is a 3 in 1. However, being a 200ml, we are unable to take it on hand luggage. This could be improved.
Overall, I am very happy to own this product

I was sent this product to test and provide a review. Unfortunately, I am not a fan of Vichy Pureté Thermale One Step 3-in-1 Milk Cleanser. As a makeup remover I found that it didn't work effectively to completely remove my gel eyeliner, mascara, matte lipstick. Also, it says that you only need to apply it with a cotton pad and no need to rinse off. I didn't like the sticky/greasy feel and I needed to rinse it off. But rinsing it still left a film. I had to use an actual cleanser to wash it off so that my face felt clean. I just feel this product was not right for me.

At first, I was skeptical of a product with such a milky/creamy texture that claims it does not have to be rinsed off the skin like a cleanser but was pleasantly surprised when using this! This product is a great staple to have as it encompasses a cleanser and makeup remover into a single product, that does not involve rinsing your whole face. After using this product, my skin feels very smooth and soft, and not slick/sticky as no residue from the product or makeup is left behind. A little product does go a long way, which is great as this has lasted me quite some time.
