How to use ?
Before sun exposure to ensure an optimal protection, shake vigorously, apply generously and spread seamlessly and consistently with a rotating movement all over the body. Re-apply frequently to maintain protection, especially after swimming, perspiring or toweling. Do not spray directly onto the face, spread on palms before applying.

An oil, not a water

I bought this because it is described as a “water” and says it doesn’t stain your clothes. Don’t know if it will stain or not, I wouldn’t want it anywhere near my clothes as it’s basically an oil. I tried it for a short test in the garden but had to shower off a very short while after applying it as it is SO oily I felt like I was frying and I developed heat bumps where I had applied it (within 1\2 an hour, and not in the middle of the day). Very disappointing for a premium product, guess it’s back to my regular Ambre Solaire!
Interesting to note that all the recent hugely positive reviews are from people who received a free product…..

I bought this as the UV filtering ingredients were a lot better than in most SPFs. I would agree with reviews that say it isn’t a water as it does contain an oil but personally I found it sinks into my skin really quickly and easily and doesn’t leave a greasy layer. I also think it sprays on really well. They had one that was “invisible” but when I tried both on my skin I found this one sunk in a lot better and quicker. I haven’t tried it on my face as I use a different cream for that so it may feel different on your face. Scores 74/100 on YUKA for those that like to use the app.

Lightweight, hydrating, great protection.

I wanted the Enhanced Tan or ‘Bronzing’ version of this but my local Boots didn’t have it so I picked up this and I love it. It is really lightweight and although it is a biphasic formula I didn’t find it greasy and I don’t have particularly dry skin. I found it soaks in quicky but feels moisturising and is the perfect SPF for hot holidays and sightseeing because it doesn’t get all over your clothes like a cream product does. I also think I’ve been more generous in my application because it isn’t sticky and greasy, which can only be a good thing for sun safety. Highly recommended.

I bought this as I liked the idea of a lightweight sunscreen water with a decent SPF. My skin gets quite dehydrated in summer so the added hyaluronic acid also appealed. Unfortunately the description and result are quite different - it leaves me oily looking and shiny, just like a sunscreen oil spray would, and never seems to soak in to my skin. If you have ever tried a biphasic eye makeup remover (the e sort you shake to mix the layers) that leaves an oily residue behind, this is exactly like that. Very disappointing.

NOT a ‘water’

Cover your hair- it’s a spray oil. It doesn’t entirely sink in so I have an oil film that constantly trickles it’s way into my eyes. I’ve tried using it sprayed onto hands then applied. Same issues skin wise. Eyes and mouth full is unavoidable , I don’t know what others are doing to make it work but I can’t at all. I bought it as an over makeup top up but of course oil is the go to to remove makeup. Then have that running in your eye too. So top up doesn’t work. Tried it as main spf. How much do you use? We know we need a tsp of cream or lotion but how do we know if we have enough of this on? Also it absolutely STINKS. Waaaaaay too much fragrance which probably isn’t helping the eye situation. Horrible stuff. Don’t honestly know what to do with it. They should definitely reliable it to say oil.

Absolutely love this product! I wasn’t sure if I should buy or not as it says water and I love little bit oily products on my skin to make me feel soft. not greasy on my skin. Not oily at all as someone says it just keep you hydrated and your skin feel so soft and just amazing. Kinda shimmery feeling which I love. You have to shake it really well before use. Even after a while using it my skin feel so soft and i highly recommended.

Read a review on the flight to Nice, so headed straight to the pharmacy to buy this hydrating protective factor 30 spray! Cannot recommend highly enough, I have fair skin and in the intense sun of the south of France found this product fantastic. Quick spray and then rub in and ready to go, quickly absorbed and highly moisturing without a trace of tackiness or grease ...I would buy again.

Second bottle purchased.
Bought it as it was recommended on Yuka app (used to score products for harmful chemicals) as it scored well. Must be shaken before each use to ensure product is mixed (as oil parts separates). Feels nice on the skin, pleasant smell.
