Great gel

I have heard so many good things about this company and was so excited to be able to try this cleanser. My skin varies but after I got my skin barrier back under control, my skin went back to being pretty oily overall, with the occasional spots that I need to get rid of. This stuff does the trick. It takes care of my oily pores without drying out my skin and is super gentle. I use it to remove makeup as well and have had no issues. I'd definitely recommend this to all my oily-skinned men and women; it definitely does the trick without messing up your skin in other ways. ALSO, the gel consistency is 10/10 so clean and feels great on the skin.

Effective cleanser for oily/acne prone skin

I have been using this cleanser 2x daily for 4 weeks and love it. I have seen such an improvement in my skin. The scent is light - not overwhelming. I love that a little goes a long way. I only need 1 or 2 pumps and it lathers/foams nicely. It lightly exfoliates & my skin really feels fresh and clean after using. I have been using this followed by its moisturizer counterpart in the morning. My face doesn't look as shiny as it did prior to using this cleanser. My breakouts have cleared up, my pores are less visible and my face looks so healthy and clear. It's been a saving grace especially in this summer heat and humidity that makes my skin greasier than usual.

Great face wash!

I was excited to try this product as I have occasional acne flair ups that I wanted to try and control. I've been using it for about 3 weeks now & have not seen any acne pop up. I love that this cleanser does not dry out my skin like many face cleansers do. It leaves my face feeling clean & soft while smelling great, too! A small amount of the gel makes enough lather to wash my entire face, so I feel like the bottle will last a while. I've been wearing sunscreen a lot this summer, and I've been most impressed at how easily this cleanser washes all of the thick sunscreen off! I highly recommend the Normaderm Gel Cleanser!

Perfect for those with oily skin

So glad that I purchased this for my husband. His skin type leans to the oily side, especially near his nose, and his other cleanser was not really cutting it. He’s been using this for about a week now and his overall skin health has improved already! He likes both the scent and the feel of the cleanser and it leaves his face feeling great. He’s found that double cleansing really helps as well, so he applies again after his first cleanse. His pores already seem less clogged, which is great and helps him prevent breakouts. He especially likes this bottle type over the pump bottle because it travels well, which is why we chose it. Highly recommended for anyone with a similar skin type!

As a teen and in my early 20s I never had acne let a lone a pimple. Now in my late 20s I have been dealing with horrible cycstic adult acne. Trying every face wash/ scrub, antibiotic, topical creams, cortisone shots ect. As a last attempt to get rid of my acne I decided to try Vichy Products and I am so so happy I did! This face wash has worked miracles on my skin! I use this morning and night in addition to the thermal toner and a moisturizer before bed. I have had clear skin for 2 months now and I will continue to use Vichy products. I am beyond thrilled I have finally found something that works!

Highly Effective

This is the first time I have tried this face wash and I must say I liked it. I have an oily skin and it works great & leaves my skin feeling fresh and clean without any irritation. I use this twice a day on my skin which makes it feel nice and hydrated after each use. This face wash gently clean my face and I loves how cleanly it rinse away. It has really improved my skin by removing dirt and oil without having any dry feeling on the skin. This is a very good cleanser for oily or acne prone skin. All in all this is a good choice for me and I will continue to use this to get the best results.

Skin is looking healthy

My skin is very oily and prone to breakouts. I have used dozens of face washes but they only dry my skin out and even cause "flaky" patches. I have been using this gel face wash twice daily and I am very pleased with the results. It deep cleans my skin without any dryness or irritations. It also works as an exfoliator as well. It leaves my skin looking soft, smooth and very healthy looking. I have noticed that I have not had near as many breakouts since I have been cleansing my face with this face wash. I will definitely be using this as part of my daily face care routine.

Sparkly clean yet so gentle!

I am in LOVE with this cleanser! It is incredibly gentle yet able to get all the full coverage make-up I had clogging my pores. I was lucky to be chosen to do a segment on a documentary film and had literally CAKE make up put on me and I thought I would have to use one of my oil cleansers afterward, but thought I would give Normaderm Gel a try. I used a soft bristle brush and really worked up a lather rinsed and did a second cleanse (normally don't) and every trace of make-up went down the drain. Best of all it left my skin feeling soft and clean without that tight dryness when it comes to harsh cleansers. I'm stunned that something so gentle had so much power. I also love the scent it feels revigorating.

Best Face Wash I've Used Yet!

I was intrigued in this face wash because it is specialized in acne and as my skin is aging I am experiencing both symptoms on my face. I love how the face wash suds up, how quickly it has cleared my face, and it appears as if it is glowing. I purposely started using this face wash when I had a pimple that popped up right under my nose and on the side of my cheek, and in the time I started using the face wash both cleared in a matter of two days. I've been able to maintain my face acne free. I definitely recommend this product to someone who suffer some of the same as well

Amazing scent!

I've been using the Normaderm Gel cleanser by VICHY for about one week per the instructions. It's light, non-greasy or tacky, smells AMAZING and leaves your skin feeling clean but not over dry. This cleanser is for fighting acne but does not irritate or cause redness.
The only reason I give it only 3 stars is because I have twice as many whitehead breakouts since starting it a week ago. I'm going to continue use for two weeks total to see if it is something that works with the skin through a longer process.
I still recommend it for at least it's cleansing properties.

Great Deep Cleansing Gel for Acne prone skin

This daily cleansing gel was GREAT for my oily/acne prone skin. The cleanser was gentle, but also very effective at what it does, which is cleansing skin, keeping acne away, and still not leaving it dry. My skin looked better after using this product only a short while. During use of this product, I have honestly not had problems with acne. So I would absolutely recommend this product to others, especially people with oily/acne prone skin! I think they'd find it to be quite a miracle for their skin. I will be definitely getting this product in the future.

Exceptional product

After years of breakouts and blemish prone skin, I have tried almost every product from premium brands to those at the more affordable end.
This range of products revolutionised my skin, so much so that I have easily been using it for 7 years or so, it even gave me the confidence to go makeup free. The price is exceptional, I double cleanse my face twice a day, more if I've been to the gym or having additional showers. On average one bottle lasts around 3 months, to me that is exceptional value for a unbelievable quality product. I find boots is often out of stock so over the years I have dabbled in alternatives, but honestly, I always go back, as consistently this delivers. I use the wash, scrub/mask, toner and moisturiser. Perfect!

Slow results

I've been using this cleanser morning and night for about 2 weeks, so my review is with a caveat as longer-term use might provide different (and maybe better) results. The cleanser foams really well and leaves my skin feeling clean, but it has not cleared up current blemishes and I've had more new blemishes emerge during use vs with my previous cleanser. So that's been a bit frustrating as that goes against some of the promoted benefits of the cleanser. I like the texture of the cleanser and the foaming action, but I'm not a huge fan of the scent as it smells almost medicinal to me (eucalyptus or tea tree oil or a similar scent). I think this cleanser has potential so I'm going to continue using it to see if I see long term improvements.

After using the face wash for a day or two, my skin went through a short purge phase, I ACTUALLY saw how the blackheads/whiteheads flew up to the surface and would actually slip out of my skin when washed off! after couple of days, my skin fully calmed down and became much clearer, finally back to normal as it used to be! The scent is lovely and as this is a wash off treatment the fragrance isn't bothersome at all. Very gentle and doesn't leave my dry leaning skin tight. It also regulated my oil production. Will definitely repurchase this product!

I've had a massive breakout from wearing my mask on a daily basis for work. I have seen a dramatic difference in my acne since I've started using daily deep cleaning gel. My pores have gotten smaller and I know longer have craters on my face. I love using it every day, morning and night. The smell is minty fresh and it helps me wake up in the morning and relax at night! The smell is everything! I especially love to feel it tingle. Makes it seem like it's doing it job in my pores. I highly recommend this to my latinas and every female out there!

This cleanser has some very appealing qualities, but hands down my favorite is how clean and soft my skin feels. My face doesn't feel stripped and actually feels soft like I just masked. I dropped it one star only because it does have an off smell. Maybe it's just because I use a lot of skincare and prefer spa style fragrance. This has a medicinal smell. With that being said, it does work and a can't stop touching my face it's so soft! I've used several other brands and they pretty much always made my skin feel stripped or like there was too much witch hazel in them. I was not aware of this product from Vichy. I've used their skincare/eye cream products, but this is a first experience with this cleanser. Definitely worthy of repurchase. Sample

I enjoyed the the Vichy Laboratories Normaderm PhytoAction Acne Control Daily Deep Cleansing Gel. I am always looking for a good cleanser for my acne prone skin. This hit the mark. It improved my acne so it was noticeably better in 2 weeks. It also didn't irritate my more sensitive skin. I live in a dry climate and really need a cleanser that cleans without over drying my skin. This kept me clean without drying me out too much. I really liked the texture and the scent and my face felt so clean and fresh after each wash.

I’m extremely pleased with this product range. I had combination skin with breakouts on my jawline, checks and had dark makes left due to the breakouts.
I had given up on my skin and decided to give this product a try. I purchased the face wash , serum , moisturiser and sulphur anti- spot paste. My face has cleared up within two weeks.
I would recommend this to anyone looking for a combination product, and hope this helps someone as much as it has helped me.

I did not enjoy using this cleansing gel. It never felt like all of the oil and dirt was coming off my face and did not leave me coming out of the shower feeling clean. After three weeks of using it I did not notice a difference in how many pimples I had or a decrease in how oily my skin was. It also left a weird slimy feeling on my face after rinsing off that no other cleansers I've used have done. Compared to other cleansers I'd say this product is noticeably worse. It does not clean properly, did not reduce pimples, and isn't worth the cost. I regularly use Bliss Clear Genius Clarifying Gel Cleanser, which is cheaper and a better product.
I'd rather just use hand soap to clean my face than this. I would not recommend this to a friend and I wouldn't use it again.

Gentle and effective

Surprisingly gentle, yet effective facial cleanser. My skin is left feeling soft and clean after use, without over drying. I've noticed my skin feeling less irritated throughout the day, especially at work. Definitely an improvement compared to previous cleansers I've been trying. For reference I'm 34, work as a nurse (12hr shifts and always have a mask on... combating maskne daily), and have very sensitive skin. I am planning to keep this cleanser in my daily routine, and will be buying it again. I highly recommend!

This is my first experience using a product from Vichy Laboratories. This is a decent cleanser. I like that it isn't fragranced. This also actually removed all the makeup residue that my normal cleanser left behind. The only downside for me was that it left my skin feeling dry. I think this would be better suited for someone with oily skin versus my skin which tends to be somewhat dry. I will finish this bottle. At this point I am not sure if I will continue to use, but will decide upon finishing the bottle.

HARSH and terrible

This has to be one of the worst product I have ever used. I have sensitive/combination skin and this was so HARSH and drying and it made me breakout like crazy and I only used it 3 times! Never touching this again EVER... I had this and the everyday piling and are so bad especially for sensitive skin! It's full of chemicals and and so it made me breakout like 5 huge spots.. I have really REALLY sensitive skin who is really irritable and actually it doesn't breakout ONLY when I use skin products.. and so far I haven't found no product for my skin.. I need a super gentle but effective cleanser! This product is severe on skin. I do not recommend to people with super delicate skin with a spot prone T zone (It just dry out) but maybe will work well for oily skin..!!! UFF a TERRIBLE experience

Works great but I don't like the smell

At 75 years young, I never thought I'd develop oily skin, but I had problems with persistent oil clogging the pores in my naso-labial folds, upper lip and chin. Nothing I did seem to work and even cleansers designed for oily skin did not work at all. So I decided to try products with salicylic acid in them, ordered this cleanser and this did work! Along with a 2% salicylic acid serum, my skin was once again clear and new clogged pores stopped appearing. I alternate this cleanser with a 2% salicylic acid cleanser and it keeps my skin balanced and clog free. My only complaint is the smell. It is not pleasant, smells a little like "dirt" or composting plants - but since my skin likes it (no redness or peeling) and it works, I'll keep using it. Just PLEASE - do something about the smell!

Normaderm Gel Cleanser is gentle yet effective. I have combination skin and after first wash I could see the difference. My skin was feeling so smooth and clean. I will buy Normaderm Daily Deep Cleansing Gel Face Wash with Salicylic Acid for daily use as a cleanser. It smells wonderful too! It Purifies skin and unclogs pores without dryness or irritation which is some thing I was looking for. I have tried other brands which makes your skin really dry and don't work. I recommend this product.

I had the chance to try Vichy Laboratories Normaderm PhytoAction Acne Control Daily Moisturizer and Daily Deep Cleansing Gel free in exchange for my honest feedback. I have to say I am totally in love with this Cleansing Gel. I used it 3 times a day and it really helped clear up my acne too. It took about 2 days and my pimples started to dry up and go away. It has a nice suds to it too and feels so refreshing washing the face. The smell is AMAZING!! It is sort of a woodsy scent. I can wash my face all day long with this product. I had to tell my family and few of my friends about this product too. And if i had to rate this, it will be a high 10+!!! I used the product for around 2 weeks and my face really improved over all and it is so much more clearer and so soft. I am in love with this!!!!

I received this face wash to try and it came at the most perfect timing because I have been dealing with cystic acne due to my period and it is gotten really really bad in the last year and a half. I have tried probably almost every single face wash they are just piling up in my extra bathroom and this is one of the only things that I use and actually works on my awful cystic acne and inflammation. This face wash cuts down the time I have the acne on my face and it cuts down the time of how painful they are when they last a long time because they go away way faster when I use the face wash. I recommend this to anybody dealing with any kind of acne or even cystic acne because it is so so good and it's making me not have to go to the dermatologist! I recommend this to anybody and everybody to try.

Help to balance acne perimenopausal sensitive skin

I have been struggling with acne breakouts since I became perimenopausal. Coupled with sensitive allergenic eczema prone skin finding products that help that I don't react to is really hard. I have been delighted with this facial wash. I was previously using simple soap, morning & night to wash my skin. This facial wash has not only helped to stabilize my skin but also leaves it so soft I have ended up with quite a few tiny broken capillaries, under my skin not visible as a broken veins, that give my T zone area and chin a constant reddish hue. This facial wash seems also seems to reduce this redness & calm my skin. To say I am impressed & delighted is an understatement. Using this wash alongside Olay Regenerist Fragrance Free day cream seems to be the perfect balance for my skin at the current time.

After using Normaderm Gel Cleanser by Vichy twice a day for several weeks, I have noticed a definite reduction in the amount of blackheads on my face. The deep cleaning cleanser has done a good job of reducing the oily shine on my face and unclogging my pores. It has accomplished this without irritating or drying out my sensitive skin. I really appreciate that the cleanser is alcohol and paraben free. The product lathers well and leaves my face feeling clean, relaxed and fresh.

Let me start with how fabulous it smells, considering it helps with acne I certainly love love love smell of it! Now it’s absolutely gentle on my skin, cleaned really well and it felt super soft and smooth after just first use. In my opinion top notch cleanser and helped with my very oily skin. I use it at night and my skin felt fresh and clean right away. I used Vichy since I was a teenager and I love the quality of their skin care, including this cleanser, just outstanding!

Ok, I started using this product and it is giving me LIFE !! I love the smell and the effect that it has on my skin! I got this product as part of a BzzKit. Because it's a gel cleanser, it has like a potency to cleanse so effectively! I use it after removing my makeup and it works wonders! The smell is amazing it's not overwhelming or too strong! I also suffer from mild acne and since using this product, I have not had any breakouts! Glad I was able to use this product!

I use Normaderm after I shower, as a last level of facial cleansing. I am usually of good complexion, however when I do get a pimple, it is huge and distracting- and worse of all, on my forehead or nose! I have been using Normaderm for a few weeks now, and so far so good. It leaves a clean fresh scent and I feel like it keeps my face from becoming greasy and a breeding ground for that one huge pimple that will make me unhappy for weeks. I would definitely recommend it.

I received Vichy Laboratories Normaderm PhytoAction Acne control daily moisturizer and daily deep cleansing gel from Bzzagent. I had an extremely positive experience with this product. The product is gentle yet effective on acne-prone skin. I usually have very sensitive skin and have bad reactions to acne products, however, I had no issues with these products. I used these products one after the other and found that it yielded the best results that way. The salicylic acid really helped get rid of the acne I have developed from wearing a mask daily as working as a nurse. This product is different from other acne products as it does not dry out the skin. The moisturizer left my skin soft and smooth. After using for two consecutive weeks not only has my acne improved but also I see how it has prevented breakouts as well.

The Normaderm Gel Cleanser smells amazing! It cleans like a champ too. My face is left feeling AUH-mazing and completely clean and clear. I can't say enough about how much I love this cleanser. It works fast and hard. Really cleared up my face from all the acne that was starting to show. It doesn't dry it out either which is hard to find these days. I will continue purchasing this stuff because it works wonders. Happy with this purchase.

In the realm of acne cleansers, this cleansing gel from Vichy is far beyond others I've used. With a tea tree kind of scent, it leaves skin feeling fresh, clean, and invigorated WITHOUT stripping my skin of every trace of moisture.
After the very first use, this cleanser was clearing my pores of gunk my previous face wash had apparently left behind. From there on out, my skin was clear and smooth, and my pores were even noticeably smaller.

I discovered this product on my 2006 family trip to the Canary Islands... that would be Spain... my Spanish aunt recommended it since she witnessed the regular breakouts on my face every month. So, i tried it and while there & it worked so well at clearing my skin, I didnt believe it at first .I atributed the reaults to the dry climate of the region and healthier foods. Needless to say ai still brought back woth me to the states 3 bottles of it. It kept working evwn in the infernally humid summers of Florida, so YES IT WORKS IF YOU USE IT!!! It smells great and fresh if you like adult smelling, lightly citrusy, soaps! I haven't had the same magnitude of breakouts since I've started using it. I am now 32 and i still use it daily... no more breakouts... not even once a month...so needless to say it has worked wonders for my face ad neck area!!!

The Vichy Normaderm Daily Deep Cleansing Gel Face Wash is amazing! It deeps cleanses and helps to prevent breakouts. I wear makeup daily and my pores are constantly clogged. This product removes excess dirt, sweat, oil and makeup left behind from makeup wipes. I feel so refreshed and my face feels amazing after daily use. I have noticed a huge difference in my skin's appearance. I don't breakout as much as I used to. The salicylic acid is the key ingredient at attacking acne. I love the fresh feeling I get after deep cleansing with this face wash. This was my first time trying a product from Vichy and I'm very impressed! My skincare goal is to have a clear, acne-free face with a natural glow. This product is helps me achieve this goal. Quick and easy.

This was a quick and easy cleanser. I liked that the Normaderm Daily Deep Cleansing Gel Face Wash with Salicylic Acid had salicylic acid in it. It had an okay scent wasn't chemically or unpleasant. It did make me break out mildly for about a week of use but, after that break outs were few and far between. I was unaware of this product because sampling it. I would recommend this product to others and I will continue to use.

Best Face Wash I've Used Yet!

I was intrigued in this face wash because it is specialized in acne and as my skin is aging I am experiencing both symptoms on my face. I love how the face wash suds up, how quickly it has cleared my face, and it appears as if it is glowing. I purposely started using this face wash when I had a pimple that popped up right under my nose and on the side of my cheek, and in the time I started using the face wash both cleared in a matter of two days. I've been able to maintain my face acne free. I definitely recommend this product to someone who suffer some of the same as well

Amazing scent!

I've been using the Normaderm Gel cleanser by VICHY for about one week per the instructions. It's light, non-greasy or tacky, smells AMAZING and leaves your skin feeling clean but not over dry. This cleanser is for fighting acne but does not irritate or cause redness.
The only reason I give it only 3 stars is because I have twice as many whitehead breakouts since starting it a week ago. I'm going to continue use for two weeks total to see if it is something that works with the skin through a longer process.
I still recommend it for at least it's cleansing properties.

This daily cleansing gel was GREAT for my oily/acne prone skin. The cleanser was gentle, but also very effective at what it does, which is cleansing skin, keeping acne away, and still not leaving it dry. My skin looked better after using this product only a short while. During use of this product, I have honestly not had problems with acne. So I would absolutely recommend this product to others, especially people with oily/acne prone skin! I think they'd find it to be quite a miracle for their skin. I will be definitely getting this product in the future.

Exceptional product

After years of breakouts and blemish prone skin, I have tried almost every product from premium brands to those at the more affordable end.
This range of products revolutionised my skin, so much so that I have easily been using it for 7 years or so, it even gave me the confidence to go makeup free. The price is exceptional, I double cleanse my face twice a day, more if I've been to the gym or having additional showers. On average one bottle lasts around 3 months, to me that is exceptional value for a unbelievable quality product. I find boots is often out of stock so over the years I have dabbled in alternatives, but honestly, I always go back, as consistently this delivers. I use the wash, scrub/mask, toner and moisturiser. Perfect!

Slow results

I've been using this cleanser morning and night for about 2 weeks, so my review is with a caveat as longer-term use might provide different (and maybe better) results. The cleanser foams really well and leaves my skin feeling clean, but it has not cleared up current blemishes and I've had more new blemishes emerge during use vs with my previous cleanser. So that's been a bit frustrating as that goes against some of the promoted benefits of the cleanser. I like the texture of the cleanser and the foaming action, but I'm not a huge fan of the scent as it smells almost medicinal to me (eucalyptus or tea tree oil or a similar scent). I think this cleanser has potential so I'm going to continue using it to see if I see long term improvements.

After using the face wash for a day or two, my skin went through a short purge phase, I ACTUALLY saw how the blackheads/whiteheads flew up to the surface and would actually slip out of my skin when washed off! after couple of days, my skin fully calmed down and became much clearer, finally back to normal as it used to be! The scent is lovely and as this is a wash off treatment the fragrance isn't bothersome at all. Very gentle and doesn't leave my dry leaning skin tight. It also regulated my oil production. Will definitely repurchase this product!

I've had a massive breakout from wearing my mask on a daily basis for work. I have seen a dramatic difference in my acne since I've started using daily deep cleaning gel. My pores have gotten smaller and I know longer have craters on my face. I love using it every day, morning and night. The smell is minty fresh and it helps me wake up in the morning and relax at night! The smell is everything! I especially love to feel it tingle. Makes it seem like it's doing it job in my pores. I highly recommend this to my latinas and every female out there!

This cleanser has some very appealing qualities, but hands down my favorite is how clean and soft my skin feels. My face doesn't feel stripped and actually feels soft like I just masked. I dropped it one star only because it does have an off smell. Maybe it's just because I use a lot of skincare and prefer spa style fragrance. This has a medicinal smell. With that being said, it does work and a can't stop touching my face it's so soft! I've used several other brands and they pretty much always made my skin feel stripped or like there was too much witch hazel in them. I was not aware of this product from Vichy. I've used their skincare/eye cream products, but this is a first experience with this cleanser. Definitely worthy of repurchase. Sample

I enjoyed the the Vichy Laboratories Normaderm PhytoAction Acne Control Daily Deep Cleansing Gel. I am always looking for a good cleanser for my acne prone skin. This hit the mark. It improved my acne so it was noticeably better in 2 weeks. It also didn't irritate my more sensitive skin. I live in a dry climate and really need a cleanser that cleans without over drying my skin. This kept me clean without drying me out too much. I really liked the texture and the scent and my face felt so clean and fresh after each wash.

I’m extremely pleased with this product range. I had combination skin with breakouts on my jawline, checks and had dark makes left due to the breakouts.
I had given up on my skin and decided to give this product a try. I purchased the face wash , serum , moisturiser and sulphur anti- spot paste. My face has cleared up within two weeks.
I would recommend this to anyone looking for a combination product, and hope this helps someone as much as it has helped me.

I did not enjoy using this cleansing gel. It never felt like all of the oil and dirt was coming off my face and did not leave me coming out of the shower feeling clean. After three weeks of using it I did not notice a difference in how many pimples I had or a decrease in how oily my skin was. It also left a weird slimy feeling on my face after rinsing off that no other cleansers I've used have done. Compared to other cleansers I'd say this product is noticeably worse. It does not clean properly, did not reduce pimples, and isn't worth the cost. I regularly use Bliss Clear Genius Clarifying Gel Cleanser, which is cheaper and a better product.
I'd rather just use hand soap to clean my face than this. I would not recommend this to a friend and I wouldn't use it again.

Gentle and effective

Surprisingly gentle, yet effective facial cleanser. My skin is left feeling soft and clean after use, without over drying. I've noticed my skin feeling less irritated throughout the day, especially at work. Definitely an improvement compared to previous cleansers I've been trying. For reference I'm 34, work as a nurse (12hr shifts and always have a mask on... combating maskne daily), and have very sensitive skin. I am planning to keep this cleanser in my daily routine, and will be buying it again. I highly recommend!

This is my first experience using a product from Vichy Laboratories. This is a decent cleanser. I like that it isn't fragranced. This also actually removed all the makeup residue that my normal cleanser left behind. The only downside for me was that it left my skin feeling dry. I think this would be better suited for someone with oily skin versus my skin which tends to be somewhat dry. I will finish this bottle. At this point I am not sure if I will continue to use, but will decide upon finishing the bottle.

This has to be one of the worst product I have ever used. I have sensitive/combination skin and this was so HARSH and drying and it made me breakout like crazy and I only used it 3 times! Never touching this again EVER... I had this and the everyday piling and are so bad especially for sensitive skin! It's full of chemicals and and so it made me breakout like 5 huge spots.. I have really REALLY sensitive skin who is really irritable and actually it doesn't breakout ONLY when I use skin products.. and so far I haven't found no product for my skin.. I need a super gentle but effective cleanser! This product is severe on skin. I do not recommend to people with super delicate skin with a spot prone T zone (It just dry out) but maybe will work well for oily skin..!!! UFF a TERRIBLE experience

Works great but I don't like the smell

At 75 years young, I never thought I'd develop oily skin, but I had problems with persistent oil clogging the pores in my naso-labial folds, upper lip and chin. Nothing I did seem to work and even cleansers designed for oily skin did not work at all. So I decided to try products with salicylic acid in them, ordered this cleanser and this did work! Along with a 2% salicylic acid serum, my skin was once again clear and new clogged pores stopped appearing. I alternate this cleanser with a 2% salicylic acid cleanser and it keeps my skin balanced and clog free. My only complaint is the smell. It is not pleasant, smells a little like "dirt" or composting plants - but since my skin likes it (no redness or peeling) and it works, I'll keep using it. Just PLEASE - do something about the smell!

I had the chance to try Vichy Laboratories Normaderm PhytoAction Acne Control Daily Moisturizer and Daily Deep Cleansing Gel free in exchange for my honest feedback. I have to say I am totally in love with this Cleansing Gel. I used it 3 times a day and it really helped clear up my acne too. It took about 2 days and my pimples started to dry up and go away. It has a nice suds to it too and feels so refreshing washing the face. The smell is AMAZING!! It is sort of a woodsy scent. I can wash my face all day long with this product. I had to tell my family and few of my friends about this product too. And if i had to rate this, it will be a high 10+!!! I used the product for around 2 weeks and my face really improved over all and it is so much more clearer and so soft. I am in love with this!!!!

I received this face wash to try and it came at the most perfect timing because I have been dealing with cystic acne due to my period and it is gotten really really bad in the last year and a half. I have tried probably almost every single face wash they are just piling up in my extra bathroom and this is one of the only things that I use and actually works on my awful cystic acne and inflammation. This face wash cuts down the time I have the acne on my face and it cuts down the time of how painful they are when they last a long time because they go away way faster when I use the face wash. I recommend this to anybody dealing with any kind of acne or even cystic acne because it is so so good and it's making me not have to go to the dermatologist! I recommend this to anybody and everybody to try.

Help to balance acne perimenopausal sensitive skin

I have been struggling with acne breakouts since I became perimenopausal. Coupled with sensitive allergenic eczema prone skin finding products that help that I don't react to is really hard. I have been delighted with this facial wash. I was previously using simple soap, morning & night to wash my skin. This facial wash has not only helped to stabilize my skin but also leaves it so soft I have ended up with quite a few tiny broken capillaries, under my skin not visible as a broken veins, that give my T zone area and chin a constant reddish hue. This facial wash seems also seems to reduce this redness & calm my skin. To say I am impressed & delighted is an understatement. Using this wash alongside Olay Regenerist Fragrance Free day cream seems to be the perfect balance for my skin at the current time.

After using Normaderm Gel Cleanser by Vichy twice a day for several weeks, I have noticed a definite reduction in the amount of blackheads on my face. The deep cleaning cleanser has done a good job of reducing the oily shine on my face and unclogging my pores. It has accomplished this without irritating or drying out my sensitive skin. I really appreciate that the cleanser is alcohol and paraben free. The product lathers well and leaves my face feeling clean, relaxed and fresh.

Let me start with how fabulous it smells, considering it helps with acne I certainly love love love smell of it! Now it’s absolutely gentle on my skin, cleaned really well and it felt super soft and smooth after just first use. In my opinion top notch cleanser and helped with my very oily skin. Ok, I started using this product and it is giving me LIFE !! I love the smell and the effect that it has on my skin! I got this product as part of a BzzKit. Because it's a gel cleanser, it has like a potency to cleanse so effectively! I use it after removing my makeup and it works wonders! The smell is amazing it's not overwhelming or too strong! I also suffer from mild acne and since using this product, I have not had any breakouts! Glad I was able to use this product!

I use Normaderm after I shower, as a last level of facial cleansing. I am usually of good complexion, however when I do get a pimple, it is huge and distracting- and worse of all, on my forehead or nose! I have been using Normaderm for a few weeks now, and so far so good. It leaves a clean fresh scent and I feel like it keeps my face from becoming greasy and a breeding ground for that one huge pimple that will make me unhappy for weeks. I would definitely recommend it.

This product removes excess dirt, sweat, oil and makeup left behind from makeup wipes. I feel so refreshed and my face feels amazing after daily use. I have noticed a huge difference in my skin's appearance. I don't breakout as much as I used to. The salicylic acid is the key ingredient at attacking acne. I love the fresh feeling I get after deep cleansing with this face wash. This was my first time trying a product from Vichy and I'm very impressed! My skincare goal is to have a clear, acne-free face with a natural glow. This product is helps me achieve this goal. I also love that the ingredients aren't harsh because I have sensitive skin and it works for me. I highly recommend it!

Quick and easy.

This was a quick and easy cleanser. I liked that the Normaderm Daily Deep Cleansing Gel Face Wash with Salicylic Acid had salicylic acid in it. It had an okay scent wasn't chemically or unpleasant. It did make me break out mildly for about a week of use but, after that break outs were few and far between. I was unaware of this product because sampling it. I would recommend this product to others and I will continue to use.
