A little bottle of heaven!

Bought this last week, recommended by my friend. And I can't say more than, love, love, love! Over the years I've tried every shampoo, that you can think of, to no avail. In my 50s, with thining hair at sides, and over processed hair, from years of dying it, and allergic to many products, I even tried all brands of the shampoo brands... I've finally found this wonderful shampoo. Although its quite pricey for 200ml, I don't care. First use of it & my hair was silky smooth, ends massively improved. I also bought the 2 minute masque. Fabulous. En route to buying more.

I bought a shampoo as a prescription by a dermatologist. And bought it but it was hard on my hair. I assume it has alcohol in it or something but ingredients are unavailable.

Reviving My Hair: The Shampoo That Works

I've been using this shampoo since its launch, and I truly love it! I have a rare autoimmune disorder called Scarring [cicatricial] alopecia ---it is hair loss caused by hair follicle destruction. Usually the result of inflammatory or autoimmune disorders. Scarring alopecia causes permanent hair loss because hair can’t regrow after the follicle is destroyed. On top of that, I colour my hair (lifetime blonde!), which isn’t related to the disorder but still adds an extra layer of care required. This shampoo paired with the conditioner, is the only one that has truly cared for my hair. The results are visible: more shine, healthier strands, and significantly less breakage. I’m absolutely thrilled with this product!
For context, I have a background in the health and beauty industry and am a trained esthetician. I've always used top-tier, salon-exclusive brands, so finding a product that actually makes a noticeable difference is incredible. I was previously a loyal user of Goldwell Dualsenses Rich Repair shampoo and conditioner, but Vichy has earned my trust with this shampoo [and treatment conditioner]. Please, Vichy, never discontinue this product!
